Turn-Key PCB Assembly Service

Product function details and PCB requirements is needed before we start PCB design.

After PCB design approved by customer,we will start PCB fabrication.PCB file usually comes in Gerber format or original file designed by protel99 or Eagles.

Component procurement will be in full accordance with customer BOM list where necessary information is indicated such as designator, partnumber,value,footprint,manufacturer,etc. we are also skilled in sourcing equivalent alternatives if any component is unavailable. We have established good partnership with various active and passive components distributors from whom we could obtain competitive pricing and lead time for components.

SMT assembly will be started prior to THT assembly. We have advanced high speed SMT machines and 10-temperature zone reflow soldering machines as well as AOI inspection machines guaranteeing the high quality.

We have various programming tools kits in house which can program hex,elf and BIN file.

We customize the function test fixture to do the function test for each PCBA according to customer test instructions. aging test and temperature & humidity test could be completed in house as well if required.

Carton packaging. Customized cartons,foam packaging and even retail box design are available for our customers.
