What is PCBA?

2024-01-10

PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) refers to the process of integrating and manufacturing a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) that has completed component installation, testing, soldering, and other processes with other finished components into a product. Simply put, PCBA is an important process in which PCBs are processed and assembled into the final electronic product.

In the PCBA process, electronic components (such as resistors, capacitors, crystal oscillators, etc.) are mounted on the PCB, then soldered and tested. Finally, the entire circuit board can be used as a circuit board or has become a complete electronic product. In this process, various processing equipment (such as SMT machines, conveyors, welding machines, testing machines, etc.) are needed for process operations.

The PCBA business is a very important link for the electronic manufacturing industry. Through the PCBA process, PCBs can be integrated with other components to form an actual electronic product, such as mobile phones, computers, televisions, etc
