3. Purchase raw materials and PCB boards based on PCB files and BOM lists, etc;

4. PCBA warehouse conducts incoming material quality inspection and material processing;

5. PCBA sampling is to ensure production accuracy, that is, the first piece sampling is confirmed by the client before mass production;

6. Production is arranged by SMT production specialists and materials are put online;

7. Quality inspection of finished products to ensure a pass through rate of 99.8%. Handed over to the warehouse for packaging and shipment.

OEM processing cycle and price of electronic products


The OEM processing cycle for electronic products is generally around 25 days. In the early stage, we will have about 5 days of handover negotiations to repeatedly confirm the details of the production process, materials for PCB boards, and the use of electronic components.
